I'm currently an associate professor in the Department of Physics at the University of Windsor. My brief academic and professional history is below:

In 2026 I received the CAP Herzberg Medal in Physics for my work on frustrated magnetism and altermagnetism. See coverage from the University of Windsor and the Windsor Star

The University of Windsor is located in Windsor, Ontario at the southernmost tip of Canada, just across the river from Detroit, Michigan. Our group is located in the Department of Physics in Essex Hall. My office is on the second floor, Room 289-1 and students from all theoretical physics groups sit in the Theory Office just down the hall.
